1930
              The Société Alsacienne de Réglage Thermique is incorporated in Strasbourg (France)

1935              The company moves to Bitschwiller lès Thann

1938              Buyout by the Manurhin Group from Mulhouse

1947              The company moves to the current buildings owned by Sart

1981              The General Management of the Manurhin Group decides to merge its two subsidiaries,
                      Sart and Delta (the Group’s other subsidiary) thus forming a company called Manurhin Mesure et Contrôle (MMC)

1983              Bräcker SA buys all of the shares in MMC

1994              SART SA becomes Sart von Rohr SA after the buyout by von Rohr SA

2001              Sart von Rohr SA becomes Sart von Rohr SAS after joining the
                      CIRCOR International, Inc. group and entering the THERMAL FLUID CONTROL division.

2006              Sart von Rohr SAS becomes a subsidiary of SART HOLDING SA
